GetPDFMint processes files you submit, optional account details and service analytics. Most tools work without an account. AI grammar and account features use additional data described below.
GetPDFMint is an online PDF and text tool service operated by GetPDFMint Team Singh. Contact [email protected] about your data.
File tools receive uploaded documents and create converted files. Service records may include IP address, browser, visited paths, referrer, approximate location, session identifiers, tool activity and request timing. Optional accounts store your email address, a password hash, login sessions and credit transactions. Feedback and deletion-notification features store the information you submit.
Uploaded files are used to perform the requested operation. Source files are normally removed when processing finishes. Download links expire after one hour; a cleanup process removes expired output and temporary files, normally within the following minute while the service is running. You can also use the supplied delete action. Service outages can delay physical cleanup. Database backups contain account and service records, not a backup of uploaded conversion files.
Tools such as word count, case conversion and formatting process their input in your browser. AI grammar is different: submitted text is sent to our server and, when the AI feature is enabled, to Anthropic for the requested response. Do not submit material you do not want processed by that provider. Some tool history may be stored in your browser and can be cleared there.
We use a secure login cookie for account sessions and a first-party session identifier for service analytics. Our analytics record page views and successful conversion requests. Tool pages can also report stages such as file selection, a result appearing, a download starting or an error. These stage reports contain the tool and stage names. They exclude filenames, document contents and values entered into the tool. Pages may also load third-party resources, including advertising scripts, fonts and libraries; those providers can receive browser and network information.
The service is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure and public traffic passes through Cloudflare. Email notifications use an SMTP provider. Approximate IP geolocation and enabled AI features may use external providers. These services process the data needed for their respective functions.
Account, credit, feedback, analytics and operational records are retained to operate and support the service. They are separate from the one-hour conversion-file expiry. A fixed automatic deletion period is not currently enforced for all these records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; records may also remain in protected backups until those backups expire.
The public website supports HTTPS. Access controls protect administrative views and file links use unguessable tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sharing download links with others. Contact us with privacy requests or concerns about a specific upload.
